Our two locations in Hales Corners and Oak Creek are conveniently located near the Hales Corners, Milwaukee, Franklin, Muskego, New Berlin, Greendale, Oak Creek, South Milwaukee and Cudahy communities.
As specialists in children’s dentistry, our doctors and staff are experienced in treating children from infants to teens, as well as those with special health care needs. We strive to provide each child with a unique experience by offering a fun, positive, nurturing environment.

Dr. Jerod Leff was born in Orlando, Florida, and has lived in six different states. He attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York where he earned his Bachelor of Sciences in Biology. He then attended the State University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his doctorate degree in dental surgery. Dr. Jerod continued his postgraduate education at a general practice residency, trauma one hospital in Akron, Ohio gaining more training in hospital dentistry and the care of medically complex patients.
After spending four years in general dentistry in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Jerod pursued his professional aspiration of pediatric dentistry. Dr. Jerod completed his pediatric dentistry residency at Children’s Wisconsin in which he served as a chief dental resident.
Dr. Jerod is a current board candidate for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a member of the Wisconsin Dental Society and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Jerod is married to Mei Leff, who is currently completing her nursing degree at Marquette University. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, all things Disney, attending sporting events, running, biking, trying local restaurants and coffee shops. They both are excited to call Wisconsin home and look forward to serving the community with excellent health care.

Dr. Nicole Simonetti is originally from Northeast Ohio. She earned her B.S. in Zoology from Miami University. She was accepted into The Ohio State University college of dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Nicole then completed a general practice residency at Meriter Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin where she furthered her education and training in hospital dentistry and the care of medically complex patients. Dr. Nicole completed her pediatric dental residency at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Dr. Nicole currently is on staff and holds privileges at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Dr. Nicole is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also a member of Wisconsin Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Wisconsin Dental Association.
Dr. Nicole loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys walking, family bike rides, and skiing. She and her husband, Jason, have three children. Dr. Nicole credits Lucia, Charlie, and Jax with shaping her professional perspective and purpose.
Dr. Alexis Belisle was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She attended Loyola University Chicago where she earned her BS in biochemistry. After four years of undergraduate studies, Dr. Alexis took some time off from her studies to live in Thailand and travel around Southeast Asia. She then moved to Milwaukee to attend Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she earned her doctorate of dental surgery. Dr. Alexis received her postgraduate education and training specializing in pediatric dentistry at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
Dr. Alexis is currently on staff and holds privileges at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Dr. Alexis received her board certification in pediatric dentistry becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association and the Wisconsin Society of Pediatric Dentists.
Dr. Alexis met her husband, Peter, in dental school at Marquette and they were happy to stay in Wisconsin. They have two sweet daughters- Layla and Liliana- who keep them busy and always on their toes. As a family, they love snuggling their dog Sadie, cooking together, and playing outside.
Dr. Christy Frady grew up in Hales Corners, WI and is a graduate of both St. Mary’s Catholic Grade School and Divine Savior Holy Angels High School. After receiving her B.A. in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, she was accepted into the University of Kentucky’s College of Dentistry. At UKCD, Dr. Christy completed her doctorate in dental medicine and a one year fellowship specializing in treating dental phobic and medically compromised patients. She received her postgraduate education and training in pediatric dentistry at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital/Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Christy is currently on staff and holds privileges at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin located in Milwaukee, WI.
Dr. Christy is a Diplomate of the Board of Pediatric Dentistry and enjoys staying current in the field of pediatric dentistry. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Wisconsin Dental Association and the Wisconsin Society of Pediatric Dentists.
Dr. Christy is married to Chris Frady, a U.S. Army Veteran and Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Wauwatosa. Together, they have two daughters, Abigail and Maggie who are often seen hanging out around the office. Dr. Frady and her family love to spend their time swimming, watching Disney movies and playing with their two dogs — Molly and Bella.
Dr. Lauren Murray is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at Marquette University. She continued her education at Marquette University School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Lauren continued her postgraduate education at an advanced education in general dentistry at the Milwaukee VA gaining more experience in hospital dentistry and caring for medically complex patients.
Dr. Lauren worked as a general dentist at Children’s Wisconsin at the Midtown Clinic finding her passion for pediatric dentistry where she fulfilled her National Health Service Corps commitment. She then completed her pediatric dental residency at Children’s Wisconsin and served as the Chief Resident.
Dr. Lauren is a current board candidate for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a member of the Wisconsin Dental Society and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Lauren and her husband Tyler live in Wauwatosa with their cat Fresh. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time on the lake and cheering on the Milwaukee Bucks.
Dr. Megan Byers grew up in Menomonee Falls, WI. She completed the Pre-Dental Scholars program at Marquette University, where she earned both her undergraduate and dental school degrees. She then spent two years at the University of Illinois at Chicago where she gained additional specialty training in pediatric dentistry as well as a master’s degree in Oral Sciences.

Dr. Megan and her husband, Ben, live in Milwaukee with their yellow lab, Agnes, and will be welcoming a daughter this summer. She is an avid volleyball player, is constantly trying to improve her golf game, and also enjoys playing the piano, traveling, cooking, and baking.
Damon Thielen was born and raised in Pierre, South Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Thielen obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, a Master of Public Health degree and a certificate in Dental Public Health from Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. He completed a pediatric dental residency at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, where he was Chief Resident.
Dr. Thielen spent almost ten years in private practice in South Dakota and was extremely active in helping to promote the oral health of the children of the state. He is founding member and Director of Sioux Empire Smiles, a free dental clinic helping under-served children in southeastern South Dakota. He was awarded Young Dentist of the Year by the South Dakota Dental Association in 2017.
Dr. Thielen is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and holds hospital privileges at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Wisconsin Society of Pediatric Dentists.
Dr. Thielen enjoys helping to shape the face of organized dentistry and has been a Board Member, Trustee and past President of district/state dental associations.
In his free time, Dr. Thielen enjoys playing tennis, collecting sports cards, golfing with the in-laws and spending time with his wife Jessica and their two children Vada and Vance. The Thielen’s are excited to be back to Wisconsin!
Dr. MaryClaire Kiernan grew up in the Chicagoland area, but always had strong family ties to Wisconsin. Her interests in child development and healthcare led her to pursue her undergraduate education in Child Study and Human Development at Tufts University in Boston, MA. Following this, she attended University of Michigan School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery. At the University of Michigan, she led the school’s Give Kids a Smile Day, an annual free clinic delivering dental services and oral health education to children. Her interest in helping children and their families and dental training made the decision to specialize in pediatric dentistry an easy choice! She returned home and completed her pediatric dental residency at Children’s Wisconsin.
Dr. Kiernan is a current board candidate for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Kiernan sails competitively and previously coached youth sailing at Lake Geneva Yacht Club. She enjoys sailing, cross-country skiing, golf, concerts, and being near the water.
